What is JAJAH Free Global Calling?
The JAJAH Free Global Calling Program rewards our users for choosing JAJAH. This program is governed by the
Fair Use Policy
and allows you to make free local and international phone calls to other registered users in certain countries. On our pricing page you will find the list of countries where free calls are available. Calls are free when you call from a personal account (not a business account), you have paid at least once in the last 6 weeks, both call participants are registered as JAJAH users and the call was initiated with JAJAH.Web. JAJAH reserves the right to adjust the amount of free calls allowed per the
Fair Use Policy
. For more information about the amount free calling you can redeem, please contact

Does It Cost Anything To Register?
No.
Are There Any Hidden Costs?
No.
What’s The Catch?
There is no catch. You just use JAJAH to make your calls. The free service relies on users paying at least one time for JAJAH services and using JAJAH in a “fair and reasonable” way, as described in our
Fair Use policy
What’s the JAJAH “Fair Use” Policy ?
The JAJAH Fair Use policy allows us to offer free calling to our users. To provide the maximum number of free minutes to users, JAJAH must balance the cost of free calls with the revenue we receive from paid services (such as paid calls, text messages, scheduled calling, and conference calls), therefore we ask you to make at least one payment every 6 weeks to enjoy free minutes. To preserve this balance, JAJAH may limit free calling minutes on a weekly or monthly basis.
